Linda Ghiron, MS, RD, LDN, provides individual nutrition counseling to adults and children and workshops for parents of young children. Through a family centered approach Linda provides a supportive environment to help you prioritize goals for change and create steps to make mealtimes more enjoyable for the entire family. Linda is passionate about prescribing a whole foods plant based diet which has been shown to reverse and prevent many health related disease such as Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, Hypertension, Stroke, Hyperlipidemia, and Cancer.
Linda has years of experience helping families navigate the developmental milestones and feeding challenges in the early childhood years. Parental expectations, your child’s developmental age, and already established eating and feeding habits can get in the way of positive change. Modifying your child’s eating habits takes time and guidance. Linda can help you develop the parenting skills that will help minimize food related conflicts and help your children to develop into lifelong happy healthy eaters!
Linda is a Registered Dietitian and is licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts. She received her Masters in Science from Tufts University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Frances Stern Nutrition Center. In addition to her private practice Linda consults to the Riverside Early Intervention Program in Needham and the Thom Charles River Early Intervention Program in Waltham providing nutrition and feeding services for families with children with developmental delays, special needs, and feeding and sensory issues.
