Linda Ghiron, MS, RD, LDN, provides individual nutrition counseling and workshops. Through a family centered approach Linda provides a supportive environment to help parents prioritize goals for change and create steps to make mealtimes more enjoyable for the entire family. She specializes in helping children become happy healthy eaters!
Linda’s passion is to help families navigate the developmental milestones and feeding challenges in the early childhood years. Parental expectations, your child’s developmental age, and already established eating and feeding habits can get in the way of positive change. Modifying your child’s eating habits takes time and guidance. Linda helps parents identify their nutrition and feeding goals and create strategies to meet those goals while providing support and reassurance throughout the process. Linda can help you develop the parenting skills that will help minimize food related conflicts and help your children to develop into lifelong healthy eaters!
Linda is a Registered Dietitian and is licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts. She received her Masters in Science from Tufts University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Frances Stern Nutrition Center. In addition to her private practice Linda consults to the Riverside Early Intervention Program in Needham and the Thom Charles River Early Intervention Program in Waltham providing nutrition and feeding services for families with children with developmental delays, special needs, and feeding and sensory issues.
