New Dietary Guidelines show politics still trumps science!

Every 5 years the federal government issues new dietary guidelines. This year the recommendations emphasize consuming fewer calories and getting more activity. They urge people to eat nutrient dense foods and limit their intake of trans and saturated fat, refined grains and sugar.
